Our History
Bay Heating & Air Conditioning is a third-generation, family-owned business.
The first generation, Bill Patterson, started the business in Bay Village in 1944, with Al Tresch joining as his manager in the 1960s. The second generation, Bill’s daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Billie Robinson, joined the business 35 years ago. They were also joined by Al Tresch’s son, Roger J. Tresch, Sr. The third generation, Roger J. Tresch, Jr., joined Bay Heating & Air Conditioning in 1994, and Billie and Lynn’s daughter, Kori Robinson, joined in 2000.
Since Bay Heating & Air Conditioning’s humble beginning, we have made several moves before finally settling at our present Westlake location in 1970. Our motto is: “If you don’t sacrifice your comfort, we won’t!”
